Your income
Salary
At Lloyds Bank, we believe in recognizing and rewarding your contributions. Your salary is based on your role, experience, and job level, ensuring fair and competitive compensation. Our recruiter discusses salary expectations from the very first conversation, so you won't be surprised later. In addition to your salary, we offer a 13th-month payment, which you can receive annually or as a monthly supplement.
Travel expenses
Do you travel by public transport? Then you will always be reimbursed for your full travel costs. Do you drive to the office? Then you have a mileage allowance of €0.23 up to 50km one way. Parking at our office is always free.
Insurance
We like to have our things in order. That's why we have taken out various insurances for employees, such as life insurance. We hope it will never have to be used, but in the event of death, your partner will receive three times your annual salary. We also offer various discounts on additional health insurance.
Pension
